This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Dev Tv AI Campus live webinar registrations, and applies to all payments made through this website. Payments are made to and settled by Dev Tv Network, the registered legal entity operating Dev Tv AI Campus.

No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All payments made to Dev Tv AI Campus are final and strictly non-refundable. No refund, in part or in full, shall be provided under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to: non-attendance, late arrival, dissatisfaction with the session, technical or connectivity issues on your end, change of mind, or any other reason. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Webinar Registration Fees

The registration fee reserves your seat for one specific live webinar session. It is a one-time, non-refundable payment, not a subscription, and does not carry over automatically to future sessions.

Rescheduling By You

As no refunds are provided, we strongly recommend registering only for a session you are able to attend. If you are unable to attend, a one-time transfer of your registration to a future session may, at our sole discretion, be considered upon request via our Contact page before the session begins. Such a transfer is not guaranteed, is not a refund, and does not entitle you to any monetary reimbursement.

Cancellations Or Rescheduling By Us

In the event that Dev Tv AI Campus cancels or reschedules a webinar, affected registrants will be offered a transfer to the next available session. No monetary refund shall be issued under this or any other circumstance.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway (such as Razorpay or PhonePe). We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. As stated above, no refunds are issued for any payment made through this website.
